      Shipping for items IN STOCK

Shipping time is different between each location. 

The period below is total period combined business days before shipping and shipping time. (Excluding weekends and holidays.)

- Asia, Middle East: 5-7 days

- Europe, North America, South America, Oceania: 7-10 days

- Africa: 10-14 days

      Shipping for ORDER-MADE

We start to make products immediately when the order comes in. You can not cancel it when we start production. Processing takes up to 3 weeks before shipping. We will send it immediately after completion.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGE (ORDER-MADE products are NON-REFUNDABLE)

All products that need to be returned for any reason, the customer must call us at "+82 1052961099" or email to "the.life.formula@gmail.com" to get an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number, RMA numbers are valid for delivery period for each location only.

    Order-Made:  Asia,Middle East: 26-28 days / Europe, North America, South America, Oceania: 28-31 days / Africa: 31-35 days)

Any product returned missing an RMA number on the outside of the package or with an RMA number over validity will be refuse.

Returned items must be returned in its original condition. Tags should remain. Any returned product that is not defective will be returned.

All refunds will be paid to the original payment excluding shipping costs.

Exchanges can only be made with the same style in a different size.

LIFEFORMULA reserves the right to ship first-time orders only to the cardholder’s verified billing address. We also recommend having someone to sign to ensure a successful first-time delivery for our records.
